- The Canadian law is liberal concerning freedom of panorama. As long as a sculpture is permanently installed in a public place or building, pictures do not violate the copyright of the artist. This sculpture is permanently installed (as far as I remember they would have to destroy a part of the building to get that thing out of this room) and the museum is a building and I think would also count as a public place. Therefor
